THE PERIOD PARTY
Saturday, 5 December | 10AM – 5PM
Untangled Minds (5-7 mins walk from Aljunied MRT)
It's time to talk periods — openly, honestly and without the awkwardness.
The Period Party is our first flagship event, where we bring women together for a full day of movement, learning, connection and celebration.
Move with your body through a choice of movement sessions, hear from healthcare professionals and experts as we unpack everything from menstrual health and nutrition to exercising through your cycle. Got questions you've always been too shy to ask? Bring them along for our open Q&A, where no question is too awkward and no topic is off-limits.
Beyond the talks and classes, explore a marketplace of curated wellness brands, share a laugh over our period stories, and connect with a community of women who are learning to understand and embrace their bodies a little better.
**What's in store:**
- A goodie bag filled with goodies from our partners
- Add a movement class (11AM or 1PM) at sign-up for S$38
- Expert-led talks on menstrual health, nutrition and movement
- An open Q&A panel with healthcare professionals, featuring anonymous questions and questions from the floor
- A marketplace featuring women's health, wellness and nutrition brands
- A story circle filled with real, funny and relatable period stories
- The One Cycle Challenge grand prize draw and finisher celebrations
**Who is it for?**
All women are welcome, whether you're coming to learn something new, find your people, or simply have a fun day out. Each woman can also bring one male companion who wants to better understand menstrual health.
Come solo, bring your besties, or gather your crew. There's room for everyone.
Let's make periods a little less taboo, a little more understood, and a whole lot less lonely.
